Strictly Dance
These 2 hour classes are perfect for those wanting to spend a little more time breaking down the footwork of the steps. We practice the footwork and timing and then enjoy dancing to music. A perfect opportunity to answer questions and practice in a safe and supportive environment. This is followed by the perfect antidote as we drop down to the mats and move the body through a series of stretches - focusing on lengthening the muscles and fascia that we use in dance. We build awareness and strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and use the breath to deepen our connection to our body as we open it up slowly and with ease. Wear clothing you can move in, all equipment is provided.
