Lemon Yoga

I developed Lemon Yoga because I believe that connection to yourself and others is the single most important thing we as humans can understand and live by. The ability to align ourselves with our true spirit, our true soul, is how we understand the highest version of ourselves - from this we can find awareness, authenticity and peace.

My classes draw on a whole range of Yogic tools, techniques and practices that allow you to find a deeper connection to your practice - from breathwork, playful flow, moving meditation, progressive relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, and restorative Yin. I encourage the practice of removing judgement, letting your practice be a reflection of who you are, with no pretending, or ‘shoulds’ that may limit you. My aim is to provide you with a unique chance to detach yourself from the daily pull and BE at the center of your practice.

The beauty of Yoga is that it can bring up different feelings each time you come to your mat - there is no rigid path you need to take, no level you need to get to, no ‘moment’ - just a continued practice of coming home to yourself, trusting yourself and unlocking fears.

Whether you’ve been on the mat for years, or trying your first yoga class - Lemon Yoga is open to all. All you need is an open mind, and the courage to try…

Yin & Restorative

These classes are so needed amid the pace of life we live in the western world - a chance to slow down and restore, using the postures, gravity and breath to calm the mind, connect with the body, release fascia (connective tissue) and allow the benefits of these restotrative postures to marinade around the body and mind. Essential oils and assists to compliment.

In all my teachings, my aim is to inspire inner energy, build strength, stamina and flexibility, and challenge individuals to find and hold their centre. My style caters for those who want the benefits of a physical practice, while also creating an environment for a calmer mind with meditation and breathwork woven in. I have an emphasis on correct alignment through all styles, and am proud to offer a safe practice for all levels. My classes provide a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation - even for those who are completely new to it.

Lemon Yoga Retreats

The perfect opportunity to take time away from your daily life, and truly connect with yourself and your practice. Time to journal, reflect, pause, forgive, feel courageous and more content, and discover your deeper self.

A beautiful combination of easeful yoga practices, as well as more energetic uplifting flow work, massage, reflexology, journaling, walking, meditation and forest bathing - all complimented with nourishing plant-based food and seasonal produce from a local chef.

You should leave feeling rejuvenated, replenished, and open to all that is ahead of you with a lightness in your step.

“As a Mama of a busy toddler, it’s hard to slow down and give my body the movement it needs for optimal health. It was a treat to take time in the morning to pause in the lovely space Niki has created. Amidst the subtle aroma of essential oils and Niki’s gentle encouragement, by body and mind were rejuvenated and refreshed. I encourage Mama’s to carve out this time for yourself, even once a week!”

Genevieve Doll, Natural Chef

“My weekly classes with Niki are my time to reconnect from the constant pace of London life. She has knowledge of the postures right through to meditation, relaxation and spiritual practices; she weaves in knowledge about how the postures are serving your body which I find greatly helpful, giving me focus and allowing me to know how my body is benefiting from the practice as well as my mind.”

Laura Beck, Founder Pickle & Fizz

"I would highly recommend Niki as a yoga teacher. She is calm and articulate in all aspects of her direction. Niki clearly cares about your overall experience and strives to help you achieve the best out of every session. Her passion for a healthy mind and body is inspirational and makes you want to go back for more. Don’t be afraid if you’ve never done yoga before, you are never too old to start."

Hannah Moore, Specialist Physiotherapist

“My classes with Niki have been inspiring, refreshing, challenging and fun. Niki is generous in both her teaching, and mentorship, and ensures the whole class feel involved which really helps with the emotional connection. I would highly recommend her classes.

Tim Marchant, Business Developer

"Being an incredibly inflexible male I always assumed that I wouldn’t be able to do yoga. Niki has taught me that yoga is more about understanding what I feel in a posture as opposed to simply trying to replicating what a posture looks like. After several sessions I really noticed that my body was more open and my mind clearer. Thank you Niki!"
